Scheduled - The Ultrafast Fibre (UFF) Network Management System will undergo maintenance from 12:00 pm Friday 14th September to 07:00 am Monday 17th September.

Provisioning
During this time, UFF will be unable to configure or change fibre broadband and ATA services. Services that have been configured prior to 12:00 on Friday 14 September and have an installation booked during this time will be able to be activated as intended. Please note service providers will be able to access orders and interact with UFF through the portal, email, and phone as normal.

Faults
The Self Diagnostic Service (SDS) will experience a partial outage during this window: Sunday 16 September from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may be unable to query SDS during this time. All other incident management and network monitoring activity will continue as normal during this entire maintenance window.

Please note service providers will be able to access incident information and interact with UFF through the portal, email, and phone as normal.

Update - A new fibre overlay approximately, 128m is being put in place to remediate this repair process. The cable re-joining is expected to start at about 6pm, and a full restoration is estimated to be complete by around 10pm tonight.

Update - The fibre damage has been located and will require a full re-blow.
Currently there is no ETR for this repair. It is anticipated that after a successful re-blow, we can provide an ETR for when fibre splicing can be done.
UFF is closely monitoring the repair process.
