We are upgrading core network devices in Hamilton. To complete the upgrade Customers in the Hamilton area will experience up to a 5 minute outage between 23:00 Wednesday 14th May and 06:00 Friday 16th May in accordance with the standard change notification. To minimise impact, all outages will occur between 23:00 and 06:00. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any issues with your service(s) after this change window ends, please get in touch with your broadband service provider.
