Update

We’re pleased to confirm that Tuatahi has completed the planned network upgrade in Stratford, resolving the capacity constraints affecting fibre broadband performance during peak times.

Work is continuing in Waitara, where some end users may still experience intermittent performance issues. We are replacing older equipment with higher-capacity infrastructure to improve network performance and support future demand. We expect this work to be completed by mid-August 2026.

We recognise these issues are frustrating. Affected end users should contact their retail service provider so a fault can be logged and investigated through the usual support process.
