We are upgrading software on our core network elements that feed a large number of services in the Bay of Plenty region. This includes Katikati, Omokoroa, Papamoa, Tauranga, Matapihi, and Te Puke . During the upgrade all services in the area will have an outage of up to 30 minutes. Services will start coming back online throughout this window.
